On Wednesday, October 9, 2019, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Kuwait College of Science and Technology and the Kuwait Society for the support of Inventors, represented by: University President Prof. Khalid Al-Begain and Dr. Fatima Salem Al-Thlab.
The memorandum aims to cooperate in the field of consulting, developing and supporting the Kuwaiti inventor, as well as training in innovation, which falls within the scope of the interests of the two parties, and in light of the previous meetings held between the two parties and the recommendations issued and the direction of the will of the two parties to activate and implement what was done in those meetings. It was agreed to conclude a protocol of cooperation that falls under the umbrellas Several projects seek to support the national capabilities in the production of creative ideas and seek to find pioneers of creative youth and inventor in the fields of science, technology and all fields, as well as seek to raise the level of Kuwaiti inventors and develop them in the field of inventions, which brings them and Kuwait a prestigious place in specialized scientific communities.
