    • KCST only accepts students who completed their high school studies in the science stream.
    • KCST offers three Bachelor's degree majors and Foundation program that includes Math, Physics, and English. Full-time attendance is mandatory, and the medium of instructions is English.
    • Applicants are considered based on their merit, regardless of race, color, gender, religion, age, disabilities or national origin.
    • Admissions officer shall first verify Applicant documents, according to the below criteria:
    Sponsor High School Certificate High School GPA
    Self-Funded or Other Sponsors ≤ 10 Years* Engineering:≥70% Science:≥65%

     

  • KCST does not distinguish between applicants for the purpose of admission to its programs. However, if students are also applying for funding to the PUC or any other organization, they must comply with the sponsor’s rules and conditions.

    REQUIRED DOCUMENTS :

    1. Identification Documents

    First: Student

    • Original, valid Civil ID and a copy thereof
    • Updated Hawyti application (applications will not be accepted without verification through the Hawyti app)
    • Copy of the original Kuwaiti Nationality Certificate (for Kuwaiti students)
    • Copy of the Nationality Verification Certificate issued via the Sahel application with a recent issuance date (for Kuwaiti students)
    • Note: If the Kuwaiti student is under 18 years of age, a Nationality Verification Certificate for minors issued via the Sahel application must be submitted under the Kuwaiti father’s account
    • Copy of a valid passport
    • Recent personal photograph

    Second: Father

    • Copy of a valid Civil ID
    • Copy of the original Kuwaiti Nationality Certificate
    • Copy of the Nationality Verification Certificate issued via the Sahel application with a recent issuance date

    Third: Mother

    • Copy of a valid Civil ID
    • Copy of the original Kuwaiti Nationality Certificate
    • Copy of the Nationality Verification Certificate issued via the Sahel application with a recent issuance date

    2. High School Certificate

    A. Graduates from Kuwaiti High School

    • Certified true copy of the High School Certificate in both Arabic and English
    • Original High School Certificate (required for applicants to the PUC Scholarships)

    B. Graduates of Foreign and Bilingual Secondary Schools (Inside/Outside Kuwait)

    • The original secondary school certificate in English, duly attested and authenticated
    • An equivalency certificate issued by the Private Education Department at the Ministry of Education (latest version), showing the stream (Science/Arts) and the equivalent GPA to the Kuwaiti general secondary certificate
    • Sequence certificate

    C. Graduates from Saudi High Schools

    • The original secondary school certificate, duly attested and authenticated
    • An equivalency certificate issued by the Private Education Department (latest version), indicating the stream (Science/Arts) and the equivalent GPA to the Kuwaiti general secondary certificate
    • Sequence certificate (from First Secondary to Third Secondary), attested and authenticated
    •  The Saudi General Aptitude Test certificate and the Saudi Placement Test certificate

    3. Academic Diploma Certificate (if any)

    • A true copy of the diploma certificate in both Arabic and English
    • A true copy of the diploma transcript in both Arabic and English
    • An equivalency certificate issued by the Private Universities Council (for graduates of private colleges)
    • The original diploma certificate and original transcript (for applicants to internal scholarships)
    • Note: Training certificates are not accepted

    4. Extra Documents (if any)

    • A valid IELTS / TOEFL certificate (issued no more than two years from the test date)
    • A certificate for people with special needs and the disability ID card
    • A recent medical report for applicants who suffer from a chronic illness
