Hasan Ghura is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Entrepreneurship at KCST. He gained his Ph.D. in Economics of Entrepreneurship from Brunel University London and an MBA in Strategic Management from Maastricht School of Management. His research interests are focused on the link between entrepreneurship and economic development under the lenses of institutional theory.

Dr. Bedour Albloushi is an Assistant Professor of Business Management at KCST. She obtained her PhD in Information Studies from the University of Sheffield - UK, where she also worked as a graduate teaching assistant. Prior to academia, she worked for the Central Bank of Kuwait and has extensive experience in information systems projects. Her current research focuses on innovation management, knowledge sharing and information systems.

Dusana Alshatti Schmidt is an Assistant Professor in the department of Business Management at KCST. She graduated from the Faculty of Management of the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. In 2014, she completed her Master’s in Management and joined the Department of Business Administration at American College of the Middle East in Kuwait as a HRM and Business courses instructor where she worked until 2020. In 2018, she became the Head of HRM and Business Program. In 2021, she received her PhD in Management. Her main research interest focuses on the importance of flexibility in the labor market. She has an extensive experience in different fields including business administration, retail, and aviation.

Dr Anisha Thomas is a proficient higher education professional with several years of teaching experience, networking, communication skills, curriculum management, and a reputation for always achieving the extra mile. She is an Assistant Professor in the department of Business Management at KCST. She has a Ph.D. in Business management and has lectured courses in Business management and Strategic management for many years at the graduate, undergraduate, and vocational levels. The majority of the research, teaching and service initiatives focus on ways to enhance the economic well-being of societies both domestically and globally by investigating and creating a range of theoretical stances that support entrepreneurship at various levels of study. To be more explicit, this comprises researching frameworks based on strategic management and institutional theory to improve organizational effectiveness.

Ms. Dalal Al Enezi is a Teaching Assistant in the Business Department at Kuwait College of Science and Technology (KCST). She received her B.A. in Public Relations from Gulf University of Science and Technology (GUST) and earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Gulf University of Science and Technology. She has industrial experience; she spent two years at Burgan Bank and another two years at KCST as a Senior of Public Relations and Marketing. She is currently working as a full-time TA at KCST but is planning on continuing her education in the near future.
